Music with a TWIST contains 96 practicing game cards. Game cards are designed to make practicing FUN! No, this is not perfect practice, BUT it may be happy practice and that can make all the difference! Each activity is for one section of the piece. The next activity applies to the next section. The cards help a student quickly move through an entire piece and gain skills by practicing in manageable chunks. The entire game is not meant to be played in one practice session. Depending on the piece and the student, 10-15 minutes a day could be allotted for one piece. The game can continue for the next practice session until all of the activities have been experienced.
